Tallybird is a Wrenware product, designed to be private by architecture, not just by policy.
Nothing. Tallybird has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics. We never see your calendar, your clients, your rates, or your invoices.
Your calendar's ICS address, client list, rates, and preferences are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's extension storage. Calendar data is fetched directly from your calendar provider (e.g., Google) to your browser and processed entirely on your device. It is never transmitted anywhere else.
Tallybird makes only two kinds of network requests: fetching the calendar URL you provide (directly from your calendar provider), and — if you buy Pro — license checks with ExtensionPay (see below). Neither request ever contains your calendar or invoice data.
Pro purchases are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. If you upgrade, ExtensionPay handles your payment email and license status; Tallybird only learns whether this browser has an active license. Your calendar, clients, rates, and invoices are never sent to ExtensionPay, Stripe, or anyone else. The free tier works without any of this.
No data is shared with, or sold to, any third party beyond the payment processing described above.
